Instructions:
Watch the video Oral Presentation and pay attention to the recommendations given.
Review the checklist you will be evaluated with and watch the example.
Choose a topic related to your field of study and prepare a presentation. The first step is to make a research and write an outline. You can review the resources given previously to do some research and the document Parts of an Oral Presentation.
Practice your timing, pronunciation, fluency, visual management and body language.
When ready, record a video (2:00 - 3:00 minutes) in which you make a presentation about a topic related to your field of study. Consider the oral presentations’ tips and the doing research aspects previously reviewed to develop your task.
Upload your video to YouTube and post your link to the blog Task 2a. Oral Presentation.
If you have questions/doubts, post on the forum or send them to your teacher by course messages or email.
Tip: Practice out loud before you record your presentation and remember not to read when recording.
